Two Ingredient Avocado Truffle Recipe

You’ll Need:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 15 oz of chocolate chips

For the toppings, you can use:

  • Cocoa powder

  • Sea salt

  • Pistachios

  • Freeze dried fruits

  • Coconut flakes

Instructions: 

  1. Cut up and mash avocados using a food processor. If you do not have a food processor, you can mash it with a fork. 

  2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

  3. Once all the chocolate is melted, pour the chocolate into the avocado and mix thoroughly.

  4. Place the combined avocado and chocolate into the fridge for 1 hour. 

  5. Remove from the fridge after 1 hour. The mixture should be soft but firm. 

  6. Spoon out and roll into 1 inch balls and roll in the toppings of your choosing. 

  7. Enjoy!

*Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
