Two Ingredient Avocado Truffle Recipe
You’ll Need:
2 ripe avocados
15 oz of chocolate chips
For the toppings, you can use:
Cocoa powder
Sea salt
Pistachios
Freeze dried fruits
Coconut flakes
Instructions:
Cut up and mash avocados using a food processor. If you do not have a food processor, you can mash it with a fork.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Once all the chocolate is melted, pour the chocolate into the avocado and mix thoroughly.
Place the combined avocado and chocolate into the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge after 1 hour. The mixture should be soft but firm.
Spoon out and roll into 1 inch balls and roll in the toppings of your choosing.
