How a visit runs
Four steps, and only two of them cost anyone time.
-
We arrive
We set up at a desk, in a conference room, or inside the mobile medical van itself — whichever suits your office. Everything comes with us either way, so there is no prep on your end and no room you have to give up.
-
Five to ten minutes to start
Per person, with the paperwork and consent inside that window. A provider checks them in, confirms which drip is right, and gets them started.
-
They keep working
Laptop, calls and meetings as normal with the drip running — most IVs take 20 to 60 minutes. What stays in the arm is a soft catheter, not a needle, so nobody has to lie down.
-
Under five minutes to finish
Catheter out, bandage on, back to work. No needle ever stays in, there is no recovery time, and we take everything with us when we go.
What it costs
You pay our website prices.
Every IV, injection and push is billed at exactly the price published on this site — the same price a patient pays walking into our Encinitas clinic. Most clinics quote a number only after you ask, then add fees to it. We would rather you just see the menu.
- No setup or event feeSetting up, staffing the visit and packing down are not billed.
- No depositNothing is required up front to hold a date.
- No minimum staff hoursYou are not paying for our people to stand in your office.
- No local travel feeLocal visits carry no travel charge at all. For venues further out we quote the travel before you commit.
The mobile clinic
Two ways to run it: at the desk, or in the van.
Most teams keep people at their own desk, working straight through the drip. If you would rather keep it out of the workspace entirely, employees can step into the mobile medical van instead — infusions and injections both run perfectly well in there.
- It carries everythingThe pharmacy, the supplies and the equipment all travel with it, which is why there is nothing for you to set up.
- It is how ozone travelsOzone needs the van, planned ahead and set up inside it — the one service that needs notice.
I’ve tried the rest, and this place is the best… The prices are actually lower than other places and better quality.5 stars · Micah C. · Google review
Questions we get
Before you ask.
Does an employee really keep working the whole time?
Yes. Once the line is in, it is in the arm and nothing else changes. People take calls, sit in meetings and work at their laptop through the whole infusion. The only time anyone is occupied is the five to ten minutes at the start and the couple of minutes at the end.
What does an employee have to do beforehand?
Nothing. They do not need to be an existing patient of ours and there is nothing to fill in ahead of the day. Intake and consent are handled on site and are already counted inside the five to ten minutes.
Is a needle in their arm the whole time?
No. The needle only places a small flexible catheter, then comes straight back out. What stays in the arm for the rest of the drip is soft plastic, which is why people can type, gesture and move around normally.
Do we need to give up a room?
No. Infusions can be done at a desk, in a private office, or in a conference room if you would rather keep it off the open floor — and if you would rather not use your space at all, people can have theirs inside the mobile medical van. We work with whatever you point us at.
What is the minimum?
Five services in a visit. Any mix counts — IVs, injections and pushes all count toward it. In practice most teams book well past five.
How far do you travel?
We are in Encinitas, and local visits carry no travel fee at all. We can go to venues further out too — for those we quote the travel up front, before you commit to anything.
Who administers it?
Our own clinical team. Nature & Science Medicine is a doctor-run naturopathic medical clinic in Encinitas, not an IV bar — a provider confirms what is appropriate for each person before anything is started.
How often can we do this?
As often as you want it. One-off wellness days, a quarterly visit, or a standing schedule all work. Package pricing and retainer plans are available for teams that want it regularly — that gets set up on the call.
How do we get started?
Call us on (858) 800-2555 and tell us roughly how many people and roughly when. We will confirm the date, the address and the billing arrangement on that call. Open seven days a week, 10am to 5pm.
