Once you've become a patient of our clinic, you will be given login access to ChARM PHR, the 24/7 patient portal for Nature & Science Medicine, where you can then schedule appointments, fill out and sign intake and consent forms, view your lab results, and securely communicate with your naturopathic medical doctor.
