In California

Naturopathic medical visits

Three appointments, in this order. Here is what happens at each one.

  1. New Patient Medical Appointment

At an initial naturopathic medical visit, you will meet your naturopathic medical doctor, who will do a comprehensive review of your health history, discuss your health goals with you, and order any necessary diagnostic tests, including lab work.

After your first appointment, once the results of any necessary diagnostic testing are in, your doctor will develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your health goals and helps you work towards optimal wellness in the most effective and efficient way possible.

  2. Treatment Plan Presentation

At your second naturopathic medical visit, you will be presented with your personalized treatment plan. Your plan will be based on traditional natural therapies, current conventional therapies, and the most up-to-date research — such as nutritional and lifestyle counseling, supplements, botanical (herbal) medications, pharmaceutical medications, IV therapy, intramuscular (IM) injections, regenerative therapy injections, or referrals to other care providers.

  3. Additional Follow-Up Appointments

At your subsequent follow-up visits, your doctor will check in to see how you are doing, and whether any modifications or additions need to be made to your personalized treatment plan.

Follow-up visits are charged by appointment duration, and vary between 45, 30 and 15 minutes.

Outside California

Wellness consultations

By phone or video, with a naturopathic medical doctor. Two appointments.

  1. Initial Wellness Consultation

At an initial wellness consultation, you will speak with your wellness consultant — a naturopathic medical doctor — either by phone or video, who will do a comprehensive review of your health history and discuss your health goals with you.

Between your initial and first follow-up wellness consultations, your wellness consultant will develop a customized list of recommendations that addresses your health goals and helps you work towards optimal wellness in the most effective and efficient ways possible. Your personalized recommendation list will then be presented to you at your first follow-up consultation.

  2. Follow-up Wellness Consultation

At a follow-up wellness consultation, you will be presented with your customized recommendation list. The list of recommendations may include nutritional counseling, supplements, botanical (herbal) medications, pharmaceutical medications, IV therapy, IM injections, and regenerative therapy injections, in addition to referrals to specialists and diagnostic testing.

At Nature & Science Medicine, we create your personalized recommendation list based on traditional natural therapies, current conventional therapies, and the most up-to-date research.

Pricing

  • Initial wellness consultation

    • 30 minutes$220

Please Note: A wellness consultation is not a naturopathic medical visit and therefore never consists of diagnosis or treatment of any condition. A wellness consultation does consist of educating you about any conditions you may have been diagnosed with by a physician or primary care provider (PCP) and a thorough explanation of previously recommended treatment plans.
All of the people here are extremely kind and the doctors are very clear and explain everything.

Policies

Important Information

Read more about our office policies.

Intake Forms

For all initial services, intake forms must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled anytime up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

An appointment for a consultation with the doctor that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee. However, if the appointment is rebooked within the next 14 days, the already paid appointment fee can be applied.

Missed appointments with the doctor with no prior cancellation or rescheduling are charged the full price of the appointment.

A cancellation fee is charged out of respect for the time of each of our doctors and to ensure that appointment time slots are available to those who can attend.

If multiple appointments were scheduled back-to-back, appointment fees may be charged for each missed appointment.

New patients are required to pay in full when scheduling their initial consultation with Dr. Biller. This payment may be applied as a credit toward one rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling is completed at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time.

For Ozone Therapy

A missed appointment for ozone therapy fee is 50% of the price paid for the patient’s last ozone treatment. If no prior ozone treatment has been completed, a flat fee of $200 will be collected. If a package was purchased for ozone, the fee collected will be 50% off the package price for the visit.

Payments

All payments are due at time of service. Unfortunately we are unable to accept insurance.

Medical Advice Requires an Appointment

In order to provide patients the best experience possible, and to adhere to the State of California’s regulations, our Naturopathic Doctors will not provide their services or medical advice via email, or any way outside of a formal office consultation. This ensures our medical professionals can document all information in accordance with medical regulations.

If you have any health concerns or questions pertaining to your treatment plan, please don’t hesitate to contact us and schedule a phone consultation or to schedule a follow-up visit.
