What this one is

A high magnesium load is the core — magnesium sits inside your NMDA receptor and acts as your brain's natural brake on overexcited nerve signaling. Glycine settles the nervous system. Taurine relaxes blood vessels. And B6 is the cofactor your body needs to actually build serotonin, dopamine and GABA. Calm from the chemistry up.
