What this one is

Phosphatidylcholine is the main structural phospholipid in every cell membrane you have. Given by vein it loads your HDL particles so they pull cholesterol out of cells far more efficiently — the mechanism behind its long European record on cholesterol and arteries. It's also one of the most studied compounds in liver health, from membrane repair through to liver fat.
