What this one is

Deliberately simple. A big magnesium load to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep — it raises melatonin and lowers cortisol. Glycine, which has been tested with sleep-lab monitoring and shortens how long it takes to drop off, and leaves you sharper the next day rather than groggy. Taurine to settle everything down. That's the whole bag.

How this one differs from our base Nutrient IV

  • We leave the B vitamins out on purpose — no B12, B6, B5 or B-Complex, since those are the energizing ones
  • Triple the magnesium and taurine
