What this one is

Recovery is three problems — fluid, muscle damage and fuel — and this covers all three. A full liter of balanced fluid, because hydration alone drives your endurance, strength and power. Taurine and carnitine to cut soreness and help muscles get their strength back faster. Extra magnesium for cramping. Glutathione at the end, when oxidative load is highest.
