What this one is

For when your methylation cycle needs help running. We use folinic acid — folate that's already converted, so it doesn't depend on the conversion step that varies from person to person — plus a raised dose of methylcobalamin B12 by injection. Together they're the pair that reliably brings homocysteine down. Methionine and choline supply the methyl donors.
