What this one is

NAD+ is the coenzyme that physically carries electrons into your mitochondria — without it there's no ATP, and no energy. It's also what your sirtuin longevity enzymes and DNA-repair enzymes run on. The catch is that your levels measurably fall as you age, in both tissue and brain. This puts it back directly. In trials, raising NAD+ improved insulin sensitivity, aerobic capacity, walking speed and sleep.
