What this one is

NAD+ is the coenzyme that physically carries electrons into your mitochondria — without it there's no ATP, and no energy. It's also what your sirtuin longevity enzymes and DNA-repair enzymes run on. The catch is that your levels measurably fall as you age, in both tissue and brain. This puts it back directly. In trials, raising NAD+ improved insulin sensitivity, aerobic capacity, walking speed and sleep. It does not go in alone. Almost every clinic mixes NAD+ into plain saline, salt and water and nothing else. Ours goes into a full Nutrient IV, and that is the part that matters. Infused NAD+ is pulled out of the bloodstream and broken apart within the first couple of hours, so your body has to rebuild it and clear the rest. Rebuilding takes magnesium. Clearing it takes methyl donors like B12 and methionine. Saline has neither. Every bag here has both. Ask any clinic what their NAD+ is mixed in.
