What this one is

A plant-based diet is complete in most ways — but a few nutrients are concentrated in animal foods, and this covers them. B12 by injection, so gut absorption isn't the bottleneck. Carnitine, which your cells need to burn fat for energy. Taurine for endurance and blood vessels. Choline for your liver. Plus vitamin C, which sharply increases how much plant-source iron you actually absorb.
