What this one is

Turmeric's active compound — with its one real problem solved. Curcumin barely absorbs from the gut, which is why capsules underdeliver; by vein it goes straight in. Across dozens of randomized trials it lowers CRP, IL-6 and TNF, the three markers that define inflammation. In arthritis it matched a prescription anti-inflammatory for pain relief while being far easier to tolerate.
